We kindly ask all customers to review product descriptions, measurements, sizing and photographs carefully before completing their purchase.

Change of Mind Policy

All purchases are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference or circumstances where a customer no longer wishes to keep an item.

This policy applies to our Sultani Heritage, Sultani Modest, Sultani Evening and Sultani Bridal collections.

Sizing & Product Information

We encourage customers to review all sizing details and product descriptions before purchasing.

For assistance with sizing or product enquiries, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to assist you in selecting the most suitable piece.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

All orders are handled with care before dispatch.

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and supporting photographs where appropriate.

We will assess the matter to provide support which may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. 

It will not pertain to damage that was done after the item was received by the customer.

Our change-of-mind policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available to customers under Australian Consumer Law.
