Certain Sultani pieces are available in limited quantities, and some designs may be one-of-a-kind.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative resolution.

4. Sizing & Measurements

Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product descriptions, sizing details and measurements before purchasing.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Sultani the Label does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or personal preference.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Sultani the Label offers Australia-wide shipping, with applicable shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Next-day delivery may be available for eligible Brisbane orders, subject to confirmation and delivery arrangements.
